1. What is included in the registration fee? 

The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, networking events, meals, and exhibition areas. Additionally, attendees will receive a conference kit, including materials and relevant resources. 

2. Is there an early bird registration discount? 

Yes, we offer early bird registration discounts for those who register before March 15, 2024. Take advantage of this opportunity to save on your registration fees. 

3. Can I cancel or transfer my registration? 

Please contact our team at elevate@experlogix.com to request a transfer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate registration cancellations.

4. Are there group discounts available? 

Yes, group discounts are available for organizations registering 3 or more participants, you must buy 1 registration at full price to get the group discount. 

5. Will the conference be available online or virtually? 

Elevate 2024 will primarily be an in-person event.  

6. Is there a dress code for the conference? 

The dress code is business casual. We recommend comfortable attire for the networking sessions and any optional social events. Once the sun sets in the mountains it can be cool so a jacket or sweater is recommended for night-time events. 

7. Can I submit a proposal to speak at the conference?
We welcome speaker proposals from industry experts. Please visit our website and navigate to the "Call for Speakers" section for submission guidelines and deadlines. 

8. Are there sponsorship opportunities available? 

Yes, Elevate 2024 offers various sponsorship packages. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, please click on the “Sponsors” tab.
